A week after her scandalous Vanity Fair photo was revealed, Miley Cyrus rocked the stage – and thanked her fans – at the Disney Channel Games concert Saturday night.“I hope you had an awesome time,” Cyrus told the crowd after performing her set, which included two new songs, Fly on the Wall and Breakout. “I saw a sign back there that said, ‘Miley, I’m praying for you.’
